Labor Day.

It has taken 30 minutes to type this sentence. I am being distracted by the Duggars.

I have been wanting to share with you our Labor Day festivities since, well Labor Day. Don't judge. I've been busy. Moving.

So- here is how the Walley's Labored.


Some home-made BBQ Sauce for the grilled fish.

Some hushpuppies fried to a golden crisp.

Some fish, fresh from the Gulf with oil washed off.



Zero calorie french fries.
