At the beginning of summer, I made some accidental strawberry jam. And it was good.
We liked it so much.....that I made more and documented it.
Pin this, star it, save it, write it down......do whatever you need to do to save it for the Spring.
(1) pint of strawberries
(1) small box of pectin
(1/4) cup of sugar
Throw the strawberries in your food processor.....
Pour in your box of pectin......then add your sugar
Beat the heck out of it......
Boom! You've got jam!
Let it sit for about 30 minutes before you freeze it.
Or you can wrap it up and gift it!
